Techligent Systems Pvt Ltd/Xceltech Inc. is situated at 7 Vijay Block in Laxmi Nagar. Being in New Delhi means it’s always crowded and there’s always noise coming from the street. We’re on a busy block where people are always rushing around. Our office is a bit small, but it fits us. We do a lot of tech work, which means we spend most of our time staring at screens and debugging things. It’s not the most glamorous job, but we enjoy it. The team is pretty close-knit because we’re all squeezed into the same space. We don't have any of those fancy break rooms you see on TV. We just have a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits. People come in and out, mostly just locals or folks we’ve worked with for years. We don't use any of that corporate speak because it just doesn't feel right here. We talk to each other like regular people. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with cables and spare parts lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a functional space for a functional business. We’ve been in Laxmi Nagar for a while now and we like being part of the chaos of the city. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without any fuss. It’s a simple life. We usually close up shop as the sun goes down and head out into the Delhi evening.
