Sunrise Engineers & Contractors

Sunrise Engineers & Contractors is based in Palam Vihar, specifically on the second floor of G Block. It’s quite close to the Yojna Sport Complex, so we see people heading over there for their evening walks or games. Our office is basically a few rooms where we keep our blueprints and site reports. We do a lot of contracting work, so we’re often out in the field rather than sitting in the office. When we are here, it’s mostly to settle the accounts or talk about the next project. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We’ve been in this part of Palam Vihar for some time now and we know the area pretty well. The view from the window isn't much, just the street and other buildings, but it’s home for the business. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of us just looks up when the door opens. It’s a practical space. We have a couple of old cupboards full of files from years ago that we probably should clear out one day. Our team is small, just a handful of people who know how to get things done. We don't bother with corporate talk or big meetings. We just sit around the main table and figure out what needs to happen next. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how construction offices go. It works for us.
