Our warehouse is at C-29 in the Patpar Ganj Industrial Area. It’s a big space but it fills up fast with crates and boxes. We deal with a lot of grocery items. The trucks are constantly coming and going from the loading dock. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the pallets. We try to keep things in order, but when a big shipment arrives, everything gets a little messy for a few hours. The office part is just a partitioned area with a few computers and old files. It gets quite loud with the fans running all the time to keep the products cool. We have a small team here who knows the layout of the racks by heart. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just focus on moving the goods out to the stores. Sometimes the logistics get complicated, especially when the traffic in Patpar Ganj is bad, which is most of the time. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved. We check the expiry dates and the packaging carefully every single day. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this location for quite some time, and most of the drivers know us by now. We just get the job done and head home. The back door sticks a bit in the humidity, but we’ve learned how to kick it open.
