United Exports is located at A-187 in Mayur Vihar. It is more of an office-based setup than a factory, as we spend a lot of our time dealing with the paperwork and logistics of sending goods out. We have boxes coming in and going out quite often, so the front area can get a bit cluttered with packing tape and shipping labels. It is not the most exciting work to talk about, but it is important to get the details right so nothing gets stuck at the docks or the airport. We aren't a massive multinational firm; we are just a small team trying to keep things organized. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks and talk about the day's headaches. The weather in Delhi can be tough, either too hot or too cold, which sometimes slows down the local deliveries. We just keep pushing through the emails and the manifests to ensure our clients get what they are waiting for. It is a lot of coordination and double-checking every single document that comes across the desk. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things simple.
