Being over at Plot No-C-24 in the Patparganj Industrial Estate means we are right in the middle of everything. Spartan Engineering Industies Pvt. Ltd. is not some giant corporation with hundreds of managers. We are more like a small group of people who really know our way around engineering work. The estate is always busy, and sometimes the traffic getting in here in the morning is a real headache, but once we are inside the gates, it is all about getting the jobs finished. We have some older machines that still run great and a few newer ones too. The workshop floor is where most of the life happens. It usually has that smell of cut metal and oil, which I have grown to like over the years. We do not put on any acts for visitors. If you walk in, you are seeing exactly how we work every single day. There is a lot of heavy lifting and measuring going on. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall; we just want to make sure the parts we make are what they are supposed to be. Some of the guys have been working these machines since they were young. We have had our ups and downs like any other business, but we are still here doing what we do. It is a practical kind of life, and we are happy to be part of the local industrial community here in Patparganj.
