Sound Affairs

You can find us in Pandav Nagar, right across from the Mother Dairy. We’re on the second floor of C-1. It’s a familiar spot for people who live around here. We deal with sound, so as you can imagine, it can get a bit noisy in our office sometimes. Sound Affairs is just a small crew, and we’ve got speakers and mixers and cables all over the place. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. We aren't some big sound studio with soundproof walls everywhere. It’s just a workspace where we test things out and get ready for jobs. Most of our work happens out at venues, but this is our home base. We spend a lot of time checking equipment to make sure it won’t fail during a show. It’s a lot of technical stuff that we’ve learned over the years. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People just know us as the sound guys from the neighborhood. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Some days are just spent soldering wires or cleaning gear. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we know how to do. If you walk up the stairs, you’ll probably hear some music or testing tones coming from our door. We’re just trying to make sure the audio side of things goes smoothly. It’s heavy lifting and late nights, but that is the business.
