If you walk through Dilshad Colony, you’ll find us at G-42 on the ground floor. We are Shiva Global Environment, and we’ve been operating from this neighborhood for quite a while now. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where all the planning happens. We deal with environmental stuff, which mostly means we spend our time looking at reports, testing things, and trying to figure out better ways to handle waste or water. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes it involves getting our hands dirty out in the field. Back at the office, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re dealing with a lot of different projects, paperwork tends to pile up on the desks. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. You just walk in and you’ll see us working. We like being in a residential area like this because it keeps us grounded. We see the families walking by and the kids playing, and it reminds us why environmental work matters in the first place. It’s not about big corporate speeches for us; it’s about making sure the local area is a bit cleaner and safer. We take things one day at a time and try to do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s just a handful of us here, but we stay busy and we’re happy with the way things are going.
