We’re located at 1449/73 in Durga Puri, right near Satyam Computer on the main road. Bharat Printing Agency isn’t a huge factory, it’s more of a local shop where there’s always the smell of ink and the sound of paper moving through the rollers. It gets pretty loud when all the machines are running at once, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard. The floors usually have a few ink stains, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We do a lot of different types of jobs, from small cards to bigger stuff, depending on what people walk in and ask for. It’s been our home for quite some time now, and we know most of the people who live and work around Durga Puri. Sometimes the power goes out and everything stops, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out and get back to it. We don’t have a polished sales team; it’s usually just us talking to customers over the counter. We try to be helpful and get the colors right, though sometimes it takes a couple of tries. It’s a busy life, and there’s always a deadline looming over us. We don’t put on airs or try to act like a big agency. We’re just a printing shop doing our best to get the work out the door. That is how we have always done things.
