Shinka Farms Llp

Shinka Farms Llp is located in Patparganj, specifically at Maurya Apartment. We are up on the 7th floor in flat C-703. Plot No. 95 in Ip Extension is a very busy area with a lot of apartment blocks. Being high up gives us a decent view of East Delhi. The elevator is a bit slow sometimes, so we have to wait a while in the lobby during the morning rush. The pin code is 110092. We handle our farming business from this flat. It might seem strange to have a farm office in a tall apartment building, but it works fine for us. We have our computers and files all set up in the main living area. It’s mostly just administrative stuff and logistics that we do here. The balcony gets some good sun in the morning. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and workers on the phone. Sometimes we go down to the local market to grab some food. It’s a very residential vibe around here. Most people in the building are just families living their lives. They know we run a business from the apartment. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. It’s a solid place to work without too much trouble. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Just some calendars on the wall and a few plants in the corner. It’s a practical setup for what we need.
