Our business is located at Plot No. -C-9/150 in Block C, right along the Yamuna Vihar Road. If you are looking for us, we are very close to the Gurudwara, which is a big landmark in this part of Shahdara. Being an onion company means our day starts way before the sun is even up. The trucks arrive in the dark, and we have to get everything unloaded and sorted before the morning rush. The smell of onions is everywhere here; it’s something you just get used to after a couple of days. We have large stacks of mesh bags piled high, and the floor is always covered in those thin, papery skins. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving the heavy sacks around and making sure the quality is okay. We talk to a lot of different people, from small kitchen owners to other traders. The road outside gets very busy with rickshaws and cars, especially near the temple. We don't have an office with fancy chairs; we usually just sit on the crates or stand by the entrance. It’s a noisy, smelly, and hardworking environment, but it’s what we know. Sometimes the dust from the road and the onions makes everyone sneeze, but we just keep at it. It’s a straightforward trade, and we’ve been part of the Shahdara market scene for quite a long time now.
