Saravana Store & Saravana Event Management Service

We are located in G.D. Colony over in Mayur Vihar Phase III. It’s a bit of a dual setup here with the Saravana Store and the event management side of things. It keeps us pretty busy because there is always someone coming in for something. One minute we are handling a customer in the shop and the next we are talking about tent rentals or catering for a local party. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s life in A-1311. This neighborhood is where we live and work, so we know most of the people who walk through the door. It’s not some polished office; it’s a working space. Boxes get stacked up and the phone rings more than it should. We started out small and just kept adding things as people asked for them. If someone needs help with a function, they usually just walk over and have a chat with us. We don’t do much fancy advertising because word of mouth in Mayur Vihar usually does the trick. We spend a lot of time making sure the supplies are ready and the staff knows where to go. It’s practical work. Nothing too complicated, just making sure the events go off without too many hitches. Sometimes things go wrong, and we just fix them. That is how we have always done it. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even when things get hectic during the festival seasons.
