Raunaj Media Pvt. Ltd. is located on the 2nd floor of Savitri Complex, in unit 201. The complex is one of those older buildings with a lot of character and a bit of a creaky elevator. We usually just take the stairs since it’s only two flights up. Our office has a view of the street below, which can be pretty distracting when the traffic starts piling up. Inside, the space is divided into a few sections with partitions that don’t quite reach the ceiling. It’s a media office, so there’s always a lot of chatter and the sound of videos being edited. We have posters on the walls, but they’re mostly just taped up haphazardly. The carpet has a few stains from spilled tea, and the desks are cluttered with hard drives and pens. Savitri Complex has a lot of small businesses, so there’s a sense of community among the people working on this floor. We aren't a big corporation with fancy boardrooms. Our meetings usually happen around a cluttered desk or while we’re standing in the hallway. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it feels like home now. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. It’s a practical workspace for a media team that spends a lot of hours on their feet or in front of monitors.
