Our office is located at D-737 in the Dilshad Garden area. It is a pretty standard place to work for all of us. We have been here for a while now, and most people in the building know who we are by now. We handle a lot of professional tasks, mostly things that require a bit of focus and a lot of time sitting at the computer. It is not the kind of job where things are changing every second, but there is always something that needs to be finished before we leave for the day. The office has a few desks and some old shelves filled with folders that we probably should have organized better years ago, but we know where everything is. Dilshad Garden is a busy area, so there is always noise coming from the street and the market, but once you are inside and working, you do not notice it much. We have a small kettle for making coffee and we usually take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break. It is not a corporate environment with strict rules about every little thing; we just expect everyone to do their part of the work. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late if a project is taking longer than we thought it would. We do not have a receptionist, so if the door rings, whoever is closest just gets up to see who it is. It is just a normal workplace with people trying to earn a living.
