Pratap Shudh Desi Ghee

We are over here in Dwarka Sec-19 4. If you live around this part of Dwarka, you probably know where we sit. It’s not a big fancy place, just Pratap Shudh Desi Ghee. We spend most of our time dealing with the ghee tins and making sure everything is where it should be. The smell of ghee is always in the air here, which some people like and some don’t, but it’s just part of our day. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. People come in from the neighborhood to pick up what they need for their kitchens. Sometimes it gets busy, especially around festivals when everyone is cooking, but usually, it’s just a steady flow of regulars. We don’t have any big corporate office or anything like that. It is just us in the shop. We try to keep things simple and honest. You walk in, see what we have, and take what you need. My father started this kind of work, and we just kept it going here. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting containers and checking the stock. The floor sometimes gets a bit slippery, but that’s just how a dairy place is. We don’t put up big ads or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them about us. It is a quiet life in Sector 19, and we like being part of the local market here. We hope to stay here for a long time more.
