Pidilite Industries Ltd.

We are located over in Pandav Nagar, specifically at J 80/9, which is quite close to the Mother Dairy. Most people in this part of New Delhi know the dairy, so it’s easy to give directions. This is where we handle things for Pidilite Industries Ltd. It’s a bit of a tight space, but we make it work. The shelves are packed with files and the desks are always full. New Delhi is always moving, and Pandav Nagar is no different. You can hear the traffic and the voices from the street all day long. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive at the same time as a visitor, but we figure it out. We’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been doing this for a long time. We know the routines and we know the local area. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one wears a suit unless they really have to. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a bit dusty, a bit noisy, and very busy, but it is our workspace and we are used to the quirks of the building. We just keep things moving one day at a time, making sure the logs are updated.
