We are based out of the DDA Flats in Dilshad Garden. It’s a residential area in Delhi, so it’s not your typical corporate setting. Our unit is at P-24/C-1, and it’s a bit of a tight fit for all the work we do. We deal with chemicals and dyes, and you can usually find various swatches and sample jars scattered around the office. The space is simple—just some desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. In the summer, the Delhi heat makes things a bit sluggish, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. Most of our work involves coordinating with manufacturers and making sure the dyes reach the textile units on time. We don't have a dedicated sales team here; we just handle the incoming requests and the paperwork that follows. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the loading and unloading of small batches as quiet as possible. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We don’t have a big budget for fancy renovations, so we just make do with what we have. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a real, everyday kind of workplace. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a local office getting the job done.
