Manasachem

Finding us at Manasachem can be a bit of a trick if you haven't been here before. We are tucked away on the second floor of building A-35-B in Joshi Colony. The best way to explain it is to look for the Sukh Sagar Apartments and then go behind them. It’s a quiet enough area of Patparganj, though the stairs up to our floor can be a bit steep when you’re carrying a heavy bag. We have been in this spot for a while now, surrounded by files and the usual office equipment that never seems to work quite right when you’re in a hurry. The space isn't huge, but it fits us well enough. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of the printer or someone on a call explaining something. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows shut and hope the cooler does its job. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth communication and logistics from this little office. Sometimes I think about moving to a ground floor spot to avoid the stairs, but we’ve grown used to the view of the colony from up here. It’s just how we work—nothing too flashy, just keeping up with the daily tasks and making sure the records are in order. No big speeches or corporate talk here, just a group of us getting through the week and doing our work.
