Perfect Choice The Super Mart

Our place is Shop No. C-57 on the ground floor, right on the main road in Anand Vihar. We are very close to Kosmos Hospital, so we get a lot of people passing by who are visiting the clinic or just living in the flats nearby. Even though the name says Super Mart, we are just a neighborhood shop that tries to keep a good variety of things on hand. The main road is always loud with buses and cars, and the dust from the traffic means we are constantly wiping down the jars and packets. We have a lot of shelves packed into the ground floor space, and sometimes it's hard to find where we put a specific item yesterday. The morning usually starts with us checking the fridge for milk and curd because that’s what people want first. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying boxes from the back to the front. We don’t have any polished sales talk or corporate rules. We just talk to people like normal. When the hospital shift changes, we get a bit of a crowd, but otherwise, it's a steady flow of locals. We spend our afternoons restocking the snacks and checking the inventory lists. It’s a basic job, but it keeps us connected to the Anand Vihar community. There’s always something to do, whether it’s fixing a light or re-arranging the biscuit section. It feels good when the shop looks full and ready for the next day.
