P Square Exhibitions

P Square Exhibitions is situated on the 3rd floor of U-87. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we’d like. Our space is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of blueprints for trade show floors. We aren't a big, flashy agency; we’re just a small group that knows the ins and outs of the exhibition world. Most of our work happens away from this office, at the big centers where the events actually take place. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view, but we’re usually too busy looking at spreadsheets to notice. It can get pretty hectic when a big show is approaching, with everyone talking over each other and the phone ringing constantly. We’ve been at U-87 for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every week. We deal with all the boring stuff like permissions and electricity layouts so the exhibitors don't have to. It’s not a job for everyone because the hours are long and the deadlines don't move. We don’t have a fancy mission statement, we just want to make sure the walls of the booths stay up and the carpet isn't tripping anyone. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us on our toes. If we’re not in the office, we’re probably at a venue with a roll of tape in our hands, making sure everything is ready for the morning rush.
