At P S Tent & Decorater &Caterers, we’re mostly out in the field rather than sitting in our office at M-13/A-4 in Dilshad Garden. We are situated near the Mrignani Restaurant, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Our work is mostly about moving heavy poles, large sheets of fabric, and cooking equipment. It’s physical work and it gets quite tiring, especially during the wedding season when everyone wants things done at once. We handle the tents and the food, which means we spend a lot of time cleaning dishes and folding up chairs. The neighborhood in Dilshad Garden is where we keep all our supplies. Sometimes the trucks are a bit hard to park in the narrow lanes, but we manage. We aren't fancy decorators with glossy magazines. We just set things up so they look decent and make sure the food is hot when it’s served. People in the area know us as the guys who show up early and leave late. It’s a lot of sweating in the sun and making sure the stove stays lit. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide the tents and the catering because that’s the job. It’s messy and loud, but it’s what we’ve done for years. If you see a lot of white fabric and big cooking pots near Mrignani, that’s probably us.
