Novo-Spero Pharmaceutical Privatelimited is located right in the heart of Laxmi Nagar at House Number 1/183. If you know Delhi, you know Laxmi Nagar is one of those places that never really sleeps. Our office is a busy little spot where we handle all the day-to-day stuff for the pharmaceutical business. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. We have stacks of files on the desks and boxes of samples tucked into the corners. Most of the day is spent on the phone, talking to suppliers or checking up on deliveries. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we’ve learned to ignore it. The space is practical, with just enough room for our small team to work without bumping into each other too much. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes scribbled on the whiteboard. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We are just regular people doing a job, trying to make sure the medicines get where they need to be on time. It’s a lot of coordination and checking things twice. We don't try to be anything we aren't, we just focus on the logistics and keeping our records straight every day. It is definitely more about the actual work than having a fancy look.
