Navsrishti Pharmaceutical Private Limited is based in office number 806 of the Ansal Vikas Deep building. This is right in the District Centre of Laxmi Nagar, which is a very crowded and energetic part of Delhi. Being on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at other buildings and the metro line. The building itself is quite old and the elevators can be a bit temperamental, especially during the lunch rush. Inside our office, things are pretty functional. We have our computers lined up and enough shelf space for all the pharmaceutical documents we have to keep track of. It’s a busy environment because Laxmi Nagar never really sleeps. We spend most of our day on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s a working office where things get a bit messy during the busy season. We have a small corner for making tea, which is the most used part of the office. The staff here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing to logistics. It gets pretty hot up on the eighth floor when the sun hits the windows, but we have the fans going and we keep at it. It's just a regular day-to-day life for us here, keeping the business running in a tall building in East Delhi while dealing with the city chaos and traffic noise.
