Our office is in the School Block of Shakarpur, at S-505. It’s a crowded part of Delhi, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have so many water engineering parts and files stacked up everywhere. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend most of our time out on sites or sitting here at the desks trying to figure out technical problems. The walls are a bit plain, and we have a lot of maps pinned up. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a pump or a filter. We aren't the type to have a fancy reception or anything. You just walk in, and if we're not on the phone, we’ll talk. It’s noisy outside with the school nearby and all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We drink a lot of chai and just keep working through the list of things to do. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the area well. We don't use big words or fancy talk; we just explain how things work and try to help. It’s a basic setup that serves its purpose. We just want to get through the day and make sure the projects are handled right for everyone who visits. It is just us doing the daily work.
