Af Colenco Ltd

Our office is in Mayur Vihar Phase III, specifically at Flat No 92 C in Pocket A 2. It is a residential area in New Delhi, so it does not really feel like a typical business district. Af Colenco Ltd has been here for a while. Being in a flat means it is a bit cozy, almost like working from home but with your colleagues right there. We do a lot of engineering and consulting work. It involves a lot of reading through long documents and checking figures. It is quiet for the most part, except for when the vegetable sellers go by outside shouting their prices. We have a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day. That is usually when we get our best ideas anyway. The space is a bit tight with all the files we have to keep, but we have gotten used to it. We are not some massive company with a skyscraper. We are just a group of professionals working out of a flat in Delhi. We handle our projects step by step. There is no big secret to how we work. We just show up, do the calculations, and make sure everything is in order. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. We've been doing this for years and it works for us.
