This area is always packed with people and vehicles, so getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. Our plot is a functional space, just like the name of the estate suggests. We have got our machinery set up for working on different types of membranes and filters. It is a very hands-on environment. The walls are lined with tools, and there are always containers of different materials waiting to be processed. We do not have any big signs or flashy marketing stuff outside. It is just a solid building where we get the work done. Inside, it is mostly the sound of the equipment and the staff talking over the noise. We usually have our lunch together in the small break area, and then it is back to the production line. The air in Patparganj can be a bit heavy, but we have got good ventilation in the workspace. We have been operating from this same plot for quite a while now. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just focus on making sure the filters are built correctly and the orders get out the door on time. It is a simple, no-nonsense industrial operation that keeps us busy all week.
