Mrhc Pharmacy is tucked away in the basement at C-216 in Nirman Vihar. Being in East Delhi, it’s a lively spot to be. Working out of a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a big plus for us during the heat. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes pharmacy work. We aren't a retail shop where you walk in for a band-aid; we deal more with the business side of things and wholesale. There’s always a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers involved in what we do. We try to keep things organized, even if the space is a bit tight sometimes. The 110092 area has a lot going on, so we are always in the middle of the action. We started this because we knew the industry and wanted to run our own small operation. It’s just us and a few helpers most days. We drink a lot of tea and stay on top of the orders as they come in. We don't have a PR team or any of that fancy stuff. If something needs doing, we just do it ourselves. Sometimes the computer system acts up, but we figure it out eventually. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We’ve been in Nirman Vihar for a while and the location suits our needs well. It’s a simple setup for a serious job, and we take pride in staying on top of the small details.
