Manage Your Events

You can find us over at Vikas Marg, specifically at R-19/204. This area is always moving and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our time putting events together. It could be something small like a birthday or something a bit bigger like a local gathering. We have been at this location for a bit now and we know the local vendors pretty well. Planning an event involves a lot of lists and checking things twice. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to decorators or catering guys. It gets a bit hectic when a date is coming up fast. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about their plans. We don't really do the fancy sales talk because people just want to know if the chairs will arrive on time and if the food will be good. We try to keep things simple and direct. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like a delivery being late, but we just figure out a way to fix it. That is the nature of this kind of work. We are just local people helping other local families or businesses have a good day without stressing too much. Vikas Marg is easy to reach, so we get a lot of people just stopping in to chat.
