Malimel Travels

We are located at D-10 on the upper ground floor in Acharya Niketen. This part of New Delhi is always moving fast and can be quite loud. Our office is a simple one. We have a couple of computers, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend our days on the phone talking to airlines and looking up train schedules for people. It is not glamorous work. Most of the time we are just trying to find a route that is not too expensive or too long for the travelers. The office gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we see the rickshaws and the people walking by all day. We have been here in Delhi-110091 for a good while now. We do not have a website with a bunch of pop-up ads or anything like that. Most people just walk in or call us because they live nearby in the neighborhood. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks at the corner. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait a bit, which is frustrating, but we manage. We are not a big multinational corporation. It is just a few of us trying to help people get from one place to another.
