Lookpart Exhibitions & Events Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 817 in the Tirupati Complex. Being up on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we don't usually have much time to look out the window. Dealing with events means there’s always something going wrong or something that needs to be fixed at the last minute. Our desks are usually covered in floor plans and contact lists. Tirupati Complex is a big building, and we’ve been here long enough that we know all the security guards and the folks who run the lift. We do exhibitions mostly, but we end up helping with all sorts of events. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that people don’t really see. We spend hours on the phone coordinating with vendors and making sure trucks arrive on time. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the stress gets to us, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. The office is our base camp where we figure out the details before heading out to the actual event sites. We don’t really use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure there’s a place for people to stand and things for them to look at. It’s a practical business, and we try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can without too much fuss. It gets busy, but we usually manage to find our way through the chaos of event days.
