Life Serve Pharmaceuticals & Drugsprivate Limited operates out of H-50/A, Plot No. 30, on the fourth floor of H- Block in Shakarpur. East Delhi is always a bit hectic, and this area is no different. The climb to the fourth floor can be tiring, especially during the peak of summer when the air feels heavy and the elevator is acting up. We share the building with a few other businesses, so there is always someone coming or going on the stairs. Our office is a bit of a maze of boxes and filing cabinets. We try to keep the drugs and pharmaceutical products organized, but sometimes the stock grows faster than our shelf space. There are two main rooms and a small area where we have a computer set up. The view from the balcony looks over a lot of rooftops and tangled wires. It is not pretty, but it is real. We usually have the radio playing in the background to fill the silence while we work on the ledgers. The tea guy comes around eleven am, which is usually the highlight of the morning. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or typing up lists for the distributors. It is simple, honest work. We do not have any flashy signs or a fancy website. People find us by just knowing we have been in Shakarpur for a while. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
