Kwality Store has been a fixture in Preet Vihar for a long time. You can find us at Shop No-15 in Block A. We are very close to the HDFC Bank branch here. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Delhi. We aren't a big supermarket chain, just a local shop that’s been around. We keep a variety of goods on the shelves. It ranges from daily household items to random stuff people ask for. The shop isn't fancy, but we try to keep it from being a mess. We spend a lot of time checking the dates on products and making sure everything is fresh. Being in Preet Vihar, we get a mix of different people coming in. Some have been shopping with us for years, and now their kids come in too. It’s funny how time passes like that. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There’s no pressure when you’re looking around. If we don’t have something, we usually tell you where else you might find it in the market. It’s about being helpful to the people who live nearby. We like the pace of life here. It’s a busy market, but we have our own rhythm inside the shop. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything, just the basics to get the job done. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the phone rings too much, but we answer when we can. That’s just how we run things in Block A.
