We operate out of Noida, specifically in Sector 52 at house A 97. It is more of a home-base than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. Most of our work involves planning out the details for various events, which sounds simple but usually involves a hundred phone calls a day. We deal with caterers, decorators, and tent guys all across the city. Noida can be a difficult place to get around sometimes with all the construction, so we spend a lot of time stuck in traffic between meetings. Our approach is pretty straightforward. We do not use any big industry jargon or make things sound more complicated than they are. If someone wants a party, we sit down with a notebook and figure out where the tables go and what time the food needs to be ready. There are always little problems that pop up, like a florist being late or a generator failing, but we just handle it. We have been doing this for several years now, so we have a good list of people we trust to help us out. We do not have a big team of designers; it is just us making sure the chairs are straight and the schedule is followed. It is a lot of paperwork and coordination, but it feels good when an event finally comes together. We just try to stay organized amid all the chaos.
