Our office for Infinita Events Pvt Ltd is located over at 23, I.P Extn, right across from Max Hospital on Vikas Marg. It is a decent space where we handle the day-to-day work of setting up different types of events. Being on Vikas Marg means there is always something going on outside our door. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through lists of what needs to be delivered where. Sometimes we are out on sites more than we are in the office. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a place with some computers and a lot of sample materials lying around. We deal with vendors and caterers constantly. If you know the area near the hospital, you know how crowded it gets during peak hours. We try to schedule our meetings around that. Usually, the phone doesn't stop ringing once the wedding season or corporate event cycle starts up. We just focus on getting the tasks done one by one. There is always a lot of coordination involved, like making sure the lights arrive on time or the stage is built right. It can be stressful when deadlines get close, but we’ve been at this address for a bit now and have a rhythm. We just keep things practical and handle whatever comes our way without making a big fuss about it.
