In House Production

We work out of Jai Apartments, room 109, over in Patpar Ganj. It’s right near National Victor School, so we hear the school bells and the kids playing sometimes. It’s an apartment turned into an office, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a regular workplace. We do production work here. Mostly editing and sitting at computers for long hours. There’s always a few cables running across the floor that we have to watch out for so we don't trip. The society is usually quiet except for the school traffic in the mornings and afternoons. We have a small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee to stay awake. It’s a bit cramped with all the equipment, cameras, and monitors everywhere. We’ve been in this spot at Plot No-102 for a while now. Most people know us in the building. It’s not a big studio with high ceilings, just a regular place where we get the projects finished. Sometimes we work through the weekend if a deadline is close and the work isn't done yet. It’s just how it goes in this line of business. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything formal. You just walk in and we’re all there working on something. Patpar Ganj is a decent place to be based. We just keep our heads down and focus on the screens. It’s simple and it works for us. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it's hard with so much gear.
