Impact Solutions

We are located at C-55 on the third floor along Vikas Marg. Preet Vihar is always crowded, so getting here in the morning takes some patience. Impact Solutions is just us in a compact office. We have a few computers and a lot of files. The traffic noise from Vikas Marg is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. It’s like background music now. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a few rooms where we handle our daily tasks. Most of the time, we are on the phone or typing away. We keep things simple. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us gets the ladder and changes it. There’s no maintenance crew on standby. We drink tea from the stall downstairs twice a day. It’s the best part of the afternoon. The office gets a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. We know the neighbors on the second floor. Sometimes we borrow their stapler. It’s that kind of place. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do the work and hope it helps whoever we are helping. It’s a basic, honest way to earn a living. We try to be out of here by six, but sometimes the work piles up and we stay a bit later to clear it. That's just how it goes for us.
