You can find I R A Events & Entertainments at Lakshmi Nagar 609/25. It’s a small office in a very busy part of the city. We do events and entertainment, which basically means we spend our time making sure people have something to do at their parties. It’s a lot of work behind the scenes that nobody really sees. We are usually busy with phone calls or trying to track down equipment that should have been here yesterday. Lakshmi Nagar is always a hive of activity, so there is never a dull moment around our office. We aren't a big corporate firm. We are just a group of people who enjoy putting things together. Sometimes we are working with DJs, other times it’s just setting up a stage for a small show. It’s a lot of physical labor, like moving heavy speakers and untangling cables. We don't have a fancy reception area. Our desks are usually covered in post-it notes and empty coffee cups. We don't try to sound like experts with big marketing words. We just tell it like it is to the people who hire us. If an idea won't work, we say so right away. We’ve had some long nights where things didn't go as planned, but we always managed to pull it off in the end. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s the nature of entertainment. We just keep going and try to do a decent job.
