Eventronics

We work out of a basement over in Vivek Vihar, Phase 1. It’s D-7, right near the Balaji Temple. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice, but we don't get much sunlight during the day. Eventronics is where we keep all our gear. We’ve got wires, sound boards, and lights all over the place. Sometimes it’s a bit of a trip hazard if you aren’t careful where you step. We started this because we liked the technical side of events. It’s just a small group of us. We hear the temple bells throughout the day, which is a nice reminder of where we are. Our office isn’t meant for showing off to clients. It’s a workshop where we fix things and test equipment before taking it out to a site. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading vans. Vivek Vihar is a quiet enough area for the most part. We’ve been here for a good while and know the local shopkeepers. Most of our work happens late at night when the actual events are going on. During the day, we’re usually just catching up on sleep or prepping for the next gig. We don't have a receptionist; if the door is open, you just walk right in. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done well enough.
