Ent Clinic

We are situated at A-131 in Madhu Vihar, right near Sai Chowk in I.P. Extension. It’s a well-known corner of the area. The clinic is on the smaller side, which makes it feel a bit more personal, though it can get a little tight when there are a lot of patients. Most of our work involves checking ears and helping people with sinus issues. We keep a regular schedule, opening up in the morning and staying until the last appointment is finished in the evening. Sai Chowk is always full of life, so there’s always something to look at out the window if there's a spare moment. The staff here is small. We handle the phones, the files, and the cleaning ourselves. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People just walk in or call us when they can't hear well or their throat is sore. It’s a straightforward way to run a clinic. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, even when the street outside is noisy with horns and people shouting. Sometimes we run behind schedule if a patient needs a bit more time than we expected. We just take it as it comes. It’s a practical little spot in a busy part of town, and we like the people who live around here. It's just a regular part of the Madhu Vihar community.
