Ecofresh Exports

We operate out of Hargovind Enclave, at number 120. It’s a decent area, mostly residential and small businesses mixed together. Our focus is on exporting goods, which means we spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone. There are always boxes coming in or going out. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes when a shipment is due to leave and the truck is running late. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. Our office is mostly just desks, computers, and files stacked on shelves. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible, but in the export business, there’s always some delay or another to deal with. We’ve got a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re checking invoices, the next you’re helping load a truck. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a local business trying to do right by our clients and get things shipped on time. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us. It’s just a straightforward operation. We don’t use big words to describe what we do; we just get the items from point A to point B. We usually order in lunch from the nearby shops when things get really busy and we can't leave our desks.
