Cherry'S Ice Cream Parlour

Cherry'S Ice Cream Parlour is sitting right at -255 C.R. Road in Laxminagar. It’s a small shop in a very busy part of New Delhi. We’ve been here for a while now, serving scoops to anyone who walks in off the street. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a door and some windows with posters of different flavors. Inside, the freezers make a constant humming sound that you get used to after a few minutes of being here. We have a few benches for people to sit, but they usually get filled up pretty fast in the evenings when it's busy. The floor gets a little sticky when the place is full of kids, so we are always grabbing the mop to keep it clean. It’s a lot of work keeping the tubs full and the glass display clean for the customers. Sometimes the heat in Delhi gets so bad that the air conditioner struggles to keep the shop cool, but we do what we can to manage. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local spot where people come for a quick treat after dinner. We have our regulars who come in every week for the same flavor. The street outside is always noisy with cars and people shouting, but it’s a good location for a parlor like ours. We don't use any fancy toppings or complicated recipes. It’s just simple ice cream in a cup or a cone. We keep the prices fair.
