Cheesilicious

We are over here at C-59 in Main South Ganesh Nagar. If you know the area in Delhi 110092, it’s basically right behind the Bajaj Showroom. That showroom is the easiest way to find us since the lanes around here can get a bit confusing for someone who isn't from around Ganesh Nagar. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, just doing our thing with all the cheese-heavy snacks and food people seem to like. It’s a busy little corner of the city, and things can get pretty loud with the traffic and people moving around all day. Being Cheesilicious means we spend a lot of time in the kitchen area, making sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we work and serve the locals. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the exact turn, so we usually just tell them to look for the big Bajaj sign and then head behind it. It gets pretty dusty out there on the main road, but inside it’s alright. We aren't trying to be some big corporate chain or anything like that. It is just a small business trying to keep up with orders and making sure the food tastes like it should. Usually, by the afternoon, the smell of whatever we are cooking starts to drift out into the street. It’s just us here, working through the daily rush in Ganesh Nagar.
