Carnival Organiser

Our office is located at A 468 in Durga Gali, Mandawali. It’s a lively little pocket of the neighborhood. We spend our days planning for carnivals and local fairs. It’s a lot of work involving tents, lights, and finding enough space for everything. Mandawali is where we grew up, so we know every corner of these streets. Our workspace is usually a bit chaotic with flyers and maps spread out everywhere. We don't have fancy furniture or a big meeting room. Usually, we just sit around a table and figure out the logistics for the next big event. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day, especially when a carnival is about to start. We coordinate with a lot of different people, from vendors to performers. It’s not a corporate job, that’s for sure. We’re often out in the sun or dealing with dusty fields. Durga Gali is our home base, and we like being close to the people we serve. People know us here. They stop by to ask when the next event is happening. We try to keep things grounded and just focus on making sure the rides and stalls are ready. It’s a lot of physical labor and late nights, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. If you’re in Mandawali, look for A 468, we’re usually there working on something. We don't use big fancy words, we just get things set up so people can have a good time.
