You can find us at 19-A in Pratap Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase 1. We aren't a bar ourselves, but we handle everything to do with them. We have a crew of guys who go out to parties and weddings to work the bar. In our office, we mostly have bar tools, shakers, and some training manuals. It’s a small place and it smells like lemons sometimes. We train people on how to mix drinks and how to talk to guests. It’s a lot of late nights because that’s when the work happens. We don’t have a big corporate structure. I started this because I liked the hospitality world. We spend a lot of time making sure our staff has clean uniforms and knows the recipes. Sometimes we have to hunt for specific ingredients for a client's weird request. It’s a bit of a scramble. We don't have a mission or a vision. We just want the drinks to be cold and the guests to have a good time. Pratap Nagar is a good base for us. We can get to most parts of the city from here. It’s just a bunch of people who know their way around a bar. We’re usually busy on weekends, so the office is quiet on Mondays. We often sit around and try out new juice mixes when we have some free time. It's not a fancy life, but we like the energy of the events. We keep our gear packed and ready to go in the back room.
