Arnav Consultant is located at 1/26, Lalita Park in Laxmi Nagar. It’s pretty close to the Sai Baba Mandir in East Guru Angad Nagar, which is how most people find their way to us. Laxmi Nagar is always crowded, so our office feels like a little bit of a retreat once you get inside. We do consulting work here, mostly helping folks figure out their building plans or whatever technical issues they are facing. It is not a very big team. Just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don’t have fancy brochures or a glossy reception area. It’s more about sitting at a desk and going through the details. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing and other days we are just quietly working through the files. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If something won’t work, we say so. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when it comes to construction and consulting. We know the local rules pretty well since we’ve been here so long. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. If you are walking near the temple, you might see our small sign. We’re just here doing our bit and keeping the projects moving along as best as we can. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a local office helping out with the paperwork and plans.
