M. Sippy & Associates

Our office is at C 12/5 in Mandawali. This is in the 110092 area of Delhi. Mandawali is a very crowded place and our building is right in the middle of it all. We are M. Sippy & Associates and we’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. The office is a bit small but we make it work with what we have. There are files everywhere because we have a lot to keep track of. We use those big steel cupboards to keep everything in order. It’s a very traditional setup. We don't have any fancy carpets or expensive lights. We just use the standard tubelights and some basic fans. The street outside is always full of people and small shops selling everything from fruit to mobile phone covers. It gets very dusty in the summer so we have to wipe the desks every morning before we start. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep ourselves going. It’s just us doing our professional work in a very honest way. We don't put on any acts or try to look bigger than we are. People come to us because they know we are right here in the neighborhood. It’s a simple life and we are happy with the way things are going in our little office at C 12/5. We are just a local business trying to do things right for the people who visit.
