Anjel Event & Conferences

Our office is at G Block 98 in Kavi Nagar, specifically over in the Anand Vihar area. We’ve been here at Anjel Event & Conferences for a while now, handling all the small details that come with putting together events and conferences. It’s not as glamorous as people think when they hear the word events. It’s mostly about making sure there are enough chairs for everyone and that the air conditioning actually works in the hall. We spend a lot of time driving around to different venues across the city. Kavi Nagar is a nice place to be based out of. Our space is usually filled with samples of banners or old folders from past jobs we did. We aren't the type to use big words or pretend we are something we aren't. We just know how to organize things so they work. It takes a lot of phone calls to get everything lined up for a single conference. Sometimes we stay late just to make sure the schedule for the next morning is finally right. It’s a lot of coordination between different people who don't always talk to each other. We try to be the middle ground that keeps it all from falling apart. It’s a bit of a messy process behind the scenes, but that’s just the nature of the work. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just use what we’ve learned.
