Over in East Delhi, right near Vivek Vihar, you’ll find our office at C-9 in Jhilmil Colony. That is where Alaxion Pharmaceuticals Private Limited operates from. It’s a pretty established part of the city, and we like being here. The building isn't new, but it’s solid and gives us enough room to handle our pharmaceutical business. We spend our days coordinating with suppliers and making sure our inventory is up to date. Jhilmil is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a small, dedicated team that focuses on getting the job done without any extra fluff. Most of our work involves checking batches of medicine and making sure the distribution side of things is running on time. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed, but we just pick up the phone and sort it out ourselves. We don’t use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper still work best for quick notes or tallies. The office at C-9 is simple and functional. We have a couple of computers, some shelves, and a place to make tea. It’s a real workplace for real people. We don’t put on appearances for anyone. We just want to make sure the medicines we handle get to the hospitals and shops that need them in East Delhi and beyond, doing it all from our home base in Jhilmil Colony.
