Alap Events

Our office for Alap Events is located at 204, 1St Flr, Kaleram Chamber. This is right in the District Centre of Lakshmi Nagar, so it is a very busy part of town. There are always people walking by and cars honking outside. Being on the first floor means we can see everything happening on the street below while we work. Kaleram Chamber is an older building, and our room 204 is where we keep all our files and meeting notes. It is not a very fancy place, just a simple office with some chairs and a desk where we plan out the events. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on orders for chairs or lighting. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit or the lift stops working, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We are just local people who know how to get things ready for a party or a gathering. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to the people who walk in and try to help them out with their plans. The work can be tiring, especially when we have to stay late to finish a schedule, but it is what we do. We have been in Lakshmi Nagar for a long time and we like being part of the community here at the District Centre.
