Our business, Agarwal Trading Co., is located at Plot No 13/133 in Geeta Colony. We are quite near the Gurudwara, which is a big help when we have to explain our location to someone new. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, and we have been a part of it for several years now. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and manage the trading side of things. It is not a polished or modern space, but it has everything we need to get the job done. Every morning starts with the sounds from the Gurudwara, and then we get into our work. We handle different types of goods depending on the season and what people are asking for. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of shipments. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics like a phone and a ledger. People often stop by just to say hello or have a quick chat about the market. It is a very local kind of business. We don’t have a marketing team or any promotional materials. It is just us doing the daily grind in Geeta Colony. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big delivery arrives and we have to move things around. We just take it as it comes and try to stay steady. It is honest work and we are happy to be here doing it.
