You can find us over in Vikas Marg, at Aggarwal Chamber-III on the second floor in room 462. This part of Delhi, the Veer Savarkar Block, is always moving and shaking. The traffic outside on the main road is really something else, especially during the morning and evening rush hours. We get to work and the first thing we do is usually getting the computers booted up and checking the daily schedule. The office is not huge, so we have to be pretty smart about where we put everything. We have got some basic desks, a few chairs for when people stop by, and plenty of files related to engineering specs. It gets a bit loud when the Metro passes by nearby or the buses honk, but you get used to the vibration after working here for a week or two. The walls are a plain off-white color, and we have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea or coffee. Most of our day is spent looking at technical drawings or talking to the guys on the floor at other sites to make sure things are moving. We do not really do the fancy corporate thing here. It is more about getting the measurements right and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is just part of the daily grind.
